IWC IW458108 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone. I posted up a few days ago my situation regarding my watches (Omega speedmaster, Omega Pocket Watch, Cyma Pocket Watch and a little gold one). Now i have them back from the jewellers! It was great and such a relief to get them back. I opened them up carefully and took pictures of them all as you can see in my flickr stream link. >>>flickr/photos/4125538...7622017618397/The omega speedmaster is indeed a 321 caliber movement which people were wanting to know about! Now im wanting to sell all the watches, including my speedmaster, the omega pocket watch, cyma pocket watch and the little gold one. I have had enquires about them so far. The Omega pocket watch however is one i know little about and have no information on what it is or its value. I am hoping from my description and pictures others may be able to tell me!Here is a copied and pasted information sheet i wrote up about them all today. Doing this and taking pictures took such a long time!Omega Pocket Watch :
When searching for an Ocean Diver to buy I ended up falling for the Recon 5 as well and had to pick it up from Prometheus (OD should be here early next week). Received the watch today in the beautiful carrying case Prometheus watches come in and was really surprised at how much I like this watch. Very simple face and easy to read, perfectly sized on my wrist and quite a looker at that. This is my first hand-wound watch so I love hearing the ticking and the tactile feel of the winding, I just love it. Enough talk, more pics...Edit: w/pics of case:
Hello,I have a 25721 that is running fast and its getting ready to go in for service. My question is, when I sync up the chronograph seconds with the normal seconds, they stay in sync. Im just trying to figure out if they are linked in some way? I was under the impression that they were 2 separate modules? Thanks,
Larry, you must have something on this question about the Railmaster's movement that I posted a week ago . . . .rolexforums/showthread.php?t=107520
A few months ago any 5711 was going quickly from the uk Grey's at prices increasingly, more and more over retailNow, in the shopping frenzy season, I'm wondering if they're still hanging about with the usual uk greys etc because the prices are just too high now?32750 for a ?19000 (new rrp) blue ... ?27500 for a white...?14,000 over retail!!! Wow...
