IWC IWC 26678 wrist watches news:
Hello all,I've been out of town for a couple of weeks, so I've probably missed all the fuss that caused this thread, but what's up? I just read the rules of this forum and if someone could just bring me up to speed and tell me what rules have been disregarded that would cause the mods to work overtime babysitting, that would be great. PM would be fine if public airing is frowned upon..When I left, several of us had just come over from another site and things seemed to be going really wellThanks!
My wife doesn't have much interest in getting any watches other than the ones she has. She has a Tag, a Tissot and a titanium Seiko, but none REALLY seems appropriate when we go somewhere formal, which isn't that often. In fact, I'd call them all sports watches, although I guess the Tissot can pass as a dress watch. So, I've been thinking of finding an inexpensive vintage manual wind watch for her for such occasions, and surprising her with it. I know if I told her I was getting one, she'd try to talk me out of it. I'm hoping that if I do find the right one, she'll change her mind when she sees it - but that's why I want to stay inexpensive, in case it never gets worn. The up side is that it seems much easier to find inexpensive women's vintage watches than men's.I guess I'm just trying to get opinions from a bunch of people who have never met my wife, and really know nothing about her, which is kind of silly, but what the heck. So, any suggestions?I just realized what's bound to be
All,Following the release of a new dial variant for the stainless steel AP Royal Oak Selfwinding 15400ST and the positive uptake of a similar thread related to the AP Royal Oak Chronograph 26331ST, it would be interesting to understand the relative popularity of the stainless steel AP Royal Oak Selfwinding 15400ST dial variations at this stage and I have set up a poll to collect this information and welcome any additional comments!Blue dialBlack dialSilvered white dialRuthenium grey dial
