- I bought this watch and bracelet set for a gift for someone. Wasn't sure how it would look once I actually received it, but it looked nicer than I thought it would and was very pleased with it (and so was recipient).

IWC IW323105 wrist watches news:
There were 2 watches that I wanted ending tonight on the swamp. I got SO excited cleaning-up a new arrival that I forgot to have a look and to re-bid. LOLOOPS, I lost on BOTH auctions. BUMMER.so I guess I need to share what got me excited!!!!I won this Plain Consul dial the other daybut it was pretty rough.
So I went out garage sale hunting with the wife yesterday and picked up a Movado Museum for $1!!!I took it home, cracked open the back to see "Made in China" on the quartz movement I want my $1 back
Came home from work today and their were new shoes waiting to be installed on my Citizen (see "The Watch That Won The War" thread). Carbon fiber strap with a flip-clasp:It'll be nice to wear this watch again; it's been a good 15 years since I have...
I went diving in Peurto Rico. Wore my Titanium SMP. Afterwards, I sat on the beach for a while. When I went back to the hotel, I could not get my watch off. The clasp was filled with sand! Never had this problem with any of my Rollies. Took 2 days to shake the sand loose, then I rinsed out the rest of the sand for 30 minutes under the sink till it all came out. Wow!I always liked the omega clasp better than Rolex, but after this, I swear only to wear a Sub for diving.Bummer!
Those of you that know me on the forum know my passion for Mechanical watches. I had a side business selling watches a few years back and I have owned everything from the green submariner to the day-date 2 with multiple sky¡¯s. My collection has been very large at times. Last summer I was training for my first marathon and I picked up an Apple Watch. I became somewhat addicted to the damn thing. After my marathon I purchased the cellular version and it became more addicting. How many of you own one? What are your thoughts? Also, I¡¯m thinking of just wearing it on my right with a mechanical on the left. I not a big fan of the look. I wish they made a bracelet version. What are your thoughts?
