- I love, love, love this watch! Definitely unique and a conversation piece. The wide band complements the watch face and its a trendy cuff and watch all in one. I just might buy the white one too.

IWC 3717-01 wrist watches news:
So heres the watch, I got it for what I think is a good price, 215USD, the movement is running strong and sets well. The crown has been replaced with a non-signed crown, the dial isnt in the best condition, the 5 o-clock bar is slightly lifted at the tip and theirs a very light (cant see it with out looking) scratch. Everything else on the watch is in great condition, only mildly worn.I have no idea how old it is, i just know i feel in LOVE with the band, shape and size and couldn't pass it up. However, I cant find a single thing on the watch, from searching google high and low I cant find the exact watch. I was hoping someone with more knowledge on Longines could help.I was also looking for an opinion on changing the dial, it isn't really my style in the first place but I would hate to ruin a watch's value by changing it. And if i do change the dial what should i replace it with? Are their other dials the watch could have come with that I could track down to have changed to? Or shoul
I put this in the American forum for lack of knowing where it was made. Got it for free, just put an LR44 battery in it and it runs though about 5 mins slow a day. case, dial and crystal are clean with no scratches. Were these watches dogs, cheap or what. The don't seem to garner any kind of money on ebay, like $10-20.00. Any info on this would be helpful.
As you know the Zenith El Primero has been on my hit list for quite some time. For various reasons I didn't pull the trigger. Finally I have my retirement and grail watch in one. Its a bit anti-climatic following Donut's Indies but I'm ecstatic anyway. This will even make me learn to take better pics Next year is the Calatrava and I won't have to buy anymore watches
I was interested in this reference about a year ago, but the appeal, for one reason or another, faded. However, it's back on my radar. I was hoping current or former owners might be willing to chime in, as well as anyone else who has considered the reference. Also, would be interested to see it side by side with a speedmaster if possible..Thanks!
I have been searching for the Daytona Rose Gold Ivory dial for a while. I come across the opportunity to get the used one at quite reasonable price. I have some questions for this model and would like to get some idea from my friend here. 1) why is not this model popular comparing to others? I rarely see people wearing it. 2) if it¡¯s not so popular, how come it¡¯s not easy to find in a used market?3) any pro and con for this model? Any current or past users? Thanks a lot :)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
