Invicta 14322 wrist watches news:
As we at HODINKEE like to do, I am thrilled to give you an early look at some of the highlights from the May 2016 auction season – here with a focus on our friends at Christie's. We already know that cross-town rival Phillips has a special, stainless-steel chronographs sale planned for the weekend of May 14th in Geneva, but that doesn't mean Christie's isn't going down without a fight. In fact, based on what you'll see here, it's fair to say we are in for an absolutely incredible weekend of watch sales. Let's get down to it. The Earliest Patek Philippe 530 Oversized Chronograph In Steel, With A Sector Dial 1 OF 12 This 530 Steel is the earliest known example, dating back to 1938. Okay, we'll start with the most exciting watch to me. This thing is downright insanity, a true grail watch for me personally. What you're looking at is a reference 530 – the oversized Patek chronograph from the vintage era – consid
I just pull this one out and realize how much I like it.Jocke
Hi guys!Just returned from an extremely nice holiday on the Canarian Island of Tenerife Thought I'd share some memories with you Me in front of the local AD.Time to leave the shop. No Rolex for me this time, but the dealer was very friendly and gave me a catalogue and his card :thumbsup:I did buy a nice looking 18 carat gold bracelet a couple of days after at another jewellery store I brought the GMT Master with me
The moment I laid my hands on my 5712/1A for the first time. I am loving it!
So, you can see over there <¡ª¡ª¡ª that I¡¯ve only racked up a few posts on this forum, which poses a problem because I¡¯m looking for the safest way to sell my Tudor Black Bay Bronze. I bought my first ¡°grown up¡± watch (a GMT II) this last Fall and then went bonkers buying follow-up goodies in a frenzy. I¡¯ve since slowed, and want to thin the herd a bit. I¡¯ve now bought 4 watches, and the BBB is the only one I bought used. I¡¯ve looked at a bajillion FS ads here to try to get more info, but I need insight from some of you forum veterans. Here are my questions:- will anyone take my FS ad seriously on this forum if I have no history here?- should I be worried about scammers if I¡¯m the seller?- would I face the same kind of scrutiny on chrono24?- what can I do to prove trustworthy to potential buyers? Thanks in advance, y¡¯all.
