Invicta 6606 wrist watches news:
It?has been?only a few months since Ariel reviewed the Weiss Standard Issue Field Watch, and yet we are returning to the very same model to share a brief ¨C and most welcome ¨C update?related to the making of this piece. In the review (which you can find here, in case you missed it) we pointed out that a majority of the parts of this Weiss watch are made in the US, hence the?visibly placed "Los Angeles, CA" designation on the dial. A few things have changed over the last few months however, so let's see what these slight modifications are that render this affordable watch even more interesting for those looking to purchase?items largely?made in the US.An ever wider array of components in the Weiss Standard Issue Field Watch are now made in the US, or rather, in Los Angeles, California, to be exact. The list of US-made parts now?includes all components of the 42 millimeter wide steel case, the?dial, sapphire crystal, gaskets, spring bar tools, as well as the Cordura canvas and leather str
Hi,Has anyone seen a Seamaster like this one? It is a Cal. 552 movement. My guess it is from the late 50's. I have never seen one of this vintage with 1~12 on the outside bezel. Having problem logging on to the forum..?????Anyone else?
Hey guys,I hear bits and pieces of news that Seiko Japan has re-introduced hi-beat 36K and 42K auto movements this year in their domestic market. Anyone have any more info on these Seikos? I am not sure if it is limited to just the Credor series but I hope it trickles down to mid-price watches. I think 21K, 28K movements technology are just stale. Other then Zenith's effort to pave the way for 36K, little have happened in the Swiss camp too. Isnt it refreshing to see some efforts with focus on timekeeping accuracy in modern horologie?Cheers!
I think it's okay to post this link, because it's to an item on a sponsor's site:gnomonwatches/Ollech&WajsCougar.htmAny opinions? Thanks!
