Invicta 13085 wrist watches news:
A piece of news that went under the radar recently was the revision of the percentage associated with the legal definition of the words "Swiss Made" on watches. The Swiss National Council approved by way of a 124 against 67 majority vote that the minimum share of Swiss value for industrial products has been raised to 60%, up from about 50%.Now this is news that the watch industry will be perking their ears up for, especially for watch producers whose products lie on the margins of the old percentage figure of 50%.If you've been into watches for a while, it will not take you long to realize that "Swiss Made" on a watch dial commands a premium over a similar watch without this marking. In the world of watch companies, there is certainly an economic incentive for being seen to produce Swiss Made watches. Watch buyers typically see Swiss watches as inherently better, and this is tied into tradition as well as the tremendous amount of marketing that the Swiss watch industry has done to?rein
Imbued with a sensory appeal, the novelty employs a 39.4mm stainless steel case. The new Glashutte Original watch is encircled by a bezel, which presents a shimmering play of 64 clear white diamonds. The jewels are kept company by a 3.0mm diamond, featured on the crown.
I found a good deal on this watch so I thought I would try it out for a new daily beater at the office, something I don't have to worry about scratching or nicking through my daily routine. It's a Tissot PRC 200 with the leather band (will probably pick up the steel bracelet as well to get the most out of it). First off I gotta say, the packaging of this watch was very impressive (to me) for a watch that costs under $500. I guess the pics can speak for themselves. Second, the strap on this thing was very strange for me to put on with the dual releasing clasps. Hopefully that bit grows on me. The other strange thing is that the large yellow second hand is actually for the chronograph, the real second hand display is at the 6oclock position. The watch looks quite handsome and feels relatively well made, though the pushers have a weird clicking resistance to them, not very smooth. On to the pics as I don't really feel I am qualified to give a proper critique of the watch and i don't want t
Just got this piece delivered today. Sorry for the photo quality I only have an iPhone to work with.
I will say yes.
