Invicta 19867 wrist watches news:
I've long lusted after the SOH 46 LE. While I am confident my wrist can easily accommodate the size, I've often found myself questioning just how comfortable I would be wearing that size watch (most of my watches are ~41mm). The other thing is that I like the idea of having a watch that matches my favorite team's colors (NY Jets), and while the 46 does have a perfect British Racing Green bezel, the black dial is completely out of place for my vision. Yesterday, whilst cruising the 'bay, I came across someone selling a 42mm SOH. To make things even better though, the green bezel version is not a limited edition AND you have a choice of dial, "volcano black" or "stratus silver". This will be my first Breitling. It's now just a question of when...
Gday AllNext on the list, somewhere in the next few months, is a Hamilton. So far the plan has been to go for the winner of the WTF $500-1,000 popularity poll, a Khaki of some sort. (Most probably something with a plain face - an Officer perhaps). A variety of reasons, but basically I can see the merit in having something that others like/want.Lately however I've been wondering whether an old Hammy may be the way to go; something like a Perry (love the look) or a Lowell (dream on stales....) - coz that's where I was born - oh - and I like the look!Obviously it'd be lovely to have both - but let's suppose that isn't an option for the forseeable future?Really interested to hear your comments on the pros and cons of going either way on this. (I should point out that the watch would not be worn very much; I work in Africa, "in the bush", a place far more suited to water/sweat/dust proof, SS diver style watches. The Invicta 8926 and Seiko OM do this just fine and it wouldn't be appropria
I think this is the watch for me. Would love to hear comments on it from some owners out there. Thanks.. was gonna go brietling avenger seawolf but just think the omega is such a classier looking watch..
