I have a gold wintex watch complete with orignal box circa 1921. It has an early Rolex movement and a black leather strap. Anyone got any further information and any idea of what is is worth.Anneanne23c@live.co.uk

Hallo everyone I've been into watches for around 5 years now. I started with a 10K gold Seiko I got on sale at a local jewelry shop, but it was kinda flimsy(band was hollow gold) so I didn't wear it much and sold it for weight like a year later then I got a Wenger. It was my first Swiss watch but I was hard on it and got water in it, chipped the lense and broke the band. After that I decided to take better care of my watches and found a automatic Hamilton at Sams Club and have been using it occassionally ever since. Its an ok watch but I want something better. I've been looking at Rolex but when I last priced them they were ~$5000 but after contacting the dealers in my state it appears theres newer versions out of the model I want and it has a $3000 price increase. Also I read that Rolex uses and
I am headed to the beach for a few days, but would like to know how PCLs and the rotating, platinum bezel handle sand? I'm not concerned about swimming, as the watch does laps with me at the pool, but am not sure what sand may do. If just more of the swirls the watch is going to get anyway, fine. But should I expect more/different? I can take an OP39 instead. Thanks for your thoughts, in advance!
