Invicta 13800 wrist watches news:
are you comfortable with the ''Luxury'' word on the slogan on the Omega Watch website?
hi guys, need some advice. i really want a stainless steel watch but found a friend who's selling his pilot watch for a very good price and in a very pristine condition, though the leather looks good, i need a steel bracelet. know if how much one goes for these days?
Wondered what quartz watch, if any, people on the forum wear.Hope to see some pics of them. Here are some of mine. The last, the Concord is my fave of these 3, because its slim and light and different from any of my other watch - you don't feel like anything is on your wrist.
I know most times when we hear about a retailer it's to complain, but here's a happy ending. I own(ed) a Tiffany's SS quartz watch. It came on a decent leather band, and a few months later I purchased a croc strap also. Changing straps and battery replacement is free for life at Tiffany's when you purchase one of their items. Well, the only thing that bugged me about my watch was the simple fact it was not an automatic. I went to get some info for a fellow WTF member and saw the new in-house automatics. SWEET! Here's the good part: they let me trade in my quartz AT FULL VALUE on the new auto, AND put my croc strap on, AND even let me keep the original leather band. Here's a few shots....tell me this isn't a great looking display back:
hello people!! can anyone give me any info on this 1950's - 1960's rado mens dress watch 17 jewels, spanish day/date with 18k gold square case and band. the crystal is plastic. the serial number is on the caseback is "rado swiss 11799." i believe the movement is an "eta" with serial number 2798 107. inside the back case is stamped "rado watch co. swiss 152 18k 0.750," with a small ladies head also stamped to the right of the 0.750. the total length of the watch is 8 5/8" long by 1 1/8" wide. 18k is stamped on the clasp plate. thanks !!! steve. just added. what grade is this movement? thank you!
