2010 will mark the 20th anniversary of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie and the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, organizer of the SIHH, is pleased to announce the arrival of two new exhibitors. Following a vote by the SIHH Exhibitor Committee, Greubel Forsey and Richard Mille will join the 17 brands which exhibited at the last SIHH. The 2010 exhibition will be held January 18-22 in Geneva. The Salon has grown steadily during its 20 years, from 4500 square meters in 1991 to more than 30,000 in 2010, and from 5 exhibitors in 1991 to 19 in 2010. I need some help on a classic Cartier Panthere
I have a Cartier Panthere diamonds 18k that was given to my mother in-law. She asked me to find a monetary value for it. It was bought in the 80's and It has the original box with the numbers 527 on the back. It's in really great condition. Does anyone know a value for this Cartier? I can't post a picture yet ! Does Patek YG watch changes color over time.
Does Patek (other high end brands like Rolex) YG change color over time. The reason I ask is that I was at a PP AD the other day and I saw their new YG watch and then I saw a used one probably at least 10 years old or even way more. The use one looked... a little more rose gold like (but not outright like their rose gold, I would say in between). Now before you folks jump on my case. I had a trusted dealer admired to me once that one of his Rolex need to be lightly polish because the YG was turning red. It indicates to me that they do change color time just maybe not noticeable if you are wearing every day.
