Great Smartwatches From Movies & Television Chronicled In Samsung Galaxy Gear Video
In promotion of the Galaxy Gear smartwatch, Samsung has produced a pretty cool video that chronicles some of the major smartwatches seen in television and movie history. What is so cool about the video is that they have actual props (or really cool graphics thereof) of the pieces they mention. The list of course ends with the Samsung Galaxy Gear, which is touted as the accumulation of decades of unfulfilled demand.The real story of course is that the Galaxy Gear (I) is the first of many. Samsung has already shared that the Gear is the first of many smartwatches that it will continue to develop and release in the near future. The Galaxy Gear was met with mixed reviews. While I think some of the criticism is sound, it is still a pretty good device given where we are currently at. I am in the market for a stainless steel watch that could be worn daily, doesn't attract as much attention as perhaps a gold rolex but at the same time (for me) carries prestige. Both watches will achieve the prestige factor - I'm curious about overall ownership, reliability, feel... Anything you guys can remark would be appreciated. I would purchase new or very slightly preowned so no worries about warranty etc. Please let me know your thoughts - I would get the jumbo AP as the VC is 43mm and I like larger watches. Nice way to start the day!
So I go to adjust the time on my 8500 PO, but when I unscrew the crown it starts to make this clicking sound and then comes loose in my fingers... the stem broke in the middle and is still in the tube.Watch is under warranty and I'm taking it to the boutique to send it for service. Hope it's covered. ..After it's fixed I think I'll sell it the day I get it back. Black Seal Price Advice
I'm looking to add a PAM292 to my collection. I was given a price of $8495 plus tax (this is in Toronto), by the AD. Just wondering if this is a good price, or should I look elsewhere. I know in the US they're around $7500, but the exchange rate brings it to a similar price.
