A grim and awful think to think about; I know. I really would love to hear what you guys and gals plan to do with your time pieces when you have moved on. I know there are some collections that should be going to the museums some that will be passed on, others thrown away. SoWhat are your plans with yours?I haven't payed many thoughts to the subject, but I would hope in time that I would have next of kin that would be passionate about my same pieces and could appreciate them and cherish them the way that sparked collecting like for Dennis, and for Greg.I guess if I don't have next of kin, I wouldn't really know what to do, I would hope in the rest of my days I could find someone that could love the pieces as much as I do and towards the end, I would likely migrate my collection and make it theirs. For any special pieces, I would definitely be sharing them with a museum so that part of my collection may live on forever.
I really dislike the lug holes of the watches from the RO and ROO line. I think it takes away from the aesthetics of the watch and looks ugly and old fashioned. The daytona looks beautiful without the lug holes and i wish AP would get rid of them. I am considering the 15400 and i think it would be perfect without the lug holes. Do you think AP will ever remove them?
I've been trying to land on the right Speedy for me. I'm not sure this is it...but wow is she pretty. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359579275.797497.jpg
