Here is a question...
The chronometer certification is -2+4 if I am not mistaken. On a Rolex we usually get a tiny bit better. In my case anyway- new sub running about -4 per week. What could one expect from say an ETA or PP movement and would it be a glaring indication of fraud? Just curious.

I Have what may be a silly question about a vintage Omega
I found this Omega, and frankly I don't know if it is real.....why? well, it's the rhinestones, all around the outside edge but just inside the crystal.....looks like it is from the late 1960s, from the case appearance.....I have asked the guy to remove the back, and see what the movement says, but not everyone is capable of doing that, so I thought I'd throw it out to this forum ......so, did Omega ever make a Rhinestone model ????

Bond Seamaster 300
So I know there have been a lot of discussions here about this watch.I bought one and I love it. Barely any nods to bond and as one guy noted, if you take off the nato and use another, there is nothing at all that shows a reference to 007.All that said, that is not the point of the thread. A comment about snoopy on the Rolex side made me think about LE editions really being LE and what Omega is currently doing. So I started looking for this one. And I could only find one available....It was 15k. Wth.Now, Omega has been really good lately about stamping out grays and discounts. If that is the case, their LE watches really will be worth a lot, I would imagine.Anyone else out there able to find a Bond 300 at list? Or even a used one under list?

That is to say as long as Rolex produces the cerachrom bezel you will never be happy with the colors (that is to say if you want an exact representation of the 5 digit references). Everyone is complaining ¡°ohh! the new GMT still has the wrong color!¡± ¡°It¡¯s cranberry not red¡±. And so on and so on....Thats not entirely true. Rolex does nail the color for the Blue and the Red- PERFECTLY, but only for an instant when it¡¯s in the perfect light and the perfect angle. And never base your opinion on color on a Image you see on online even from Rolex. Those pictures never represent real world lighting. As opposed to the metal bezel in the 5 digits, which is for the most part has a much flatter finish, the cerachrom has glossier/polish finish. It will always bring in slight nuances of other color by means of a slight reflection, from other subtle shade colors that are in your environment. Question for BLNR owners with brushed center links
For those that ended up brushing the PCLs on the BLNR, where did you get it done? Will an AD do it, or would you need to find a trustworthy local jeweler?Thanks for any help y'all can provide.
