- I love this Owl Pendant Watch. It's beautiful enough on its own, but the hidden bonus, which is the watch, makes it that more fabulous! The chain is nice, too. The only thing is that's it heavy when you first put it on, but you get used to it.

- This watch looks great on my wrist. I was hoping the face would not be too , as it is sometimes hard to tell when the watch is not pictured being worn, but the size was perfect. It looks elegant.

I still can't believe I stumbled across a bnib V serial. I definitely consider myself lucky & fortunate to own the very last serial of its production. Thanks for looking!IMG_1600.JPGIMG_1601.JPGIMG_1608.jpgIMG_1607.JPG
For anyone who would like to read the original thread.http://www.watchtalkforums.info/foru...orum/48419.htmApologies for the pics, I am not great with a camera. These are 3 brands that I have wanted but they are unfamiliar to me to have in my hands. My questions may be basic but better to be safe than do damage.First off is the Illinois/Hamilton auto. I have not figured out how to open this case, so if anyone can help guide me. The lugs are attached to the back of the case but you can see a joining going right around the case. I did not want to attempt anything without a little guidance. I just love this watch.Next up is the Gruen Precision with a 475 veri-thin movement, I believe the 649 refers to the case model, please correct me if I am wrong. I need a new crystal for it so if anyone has one available please contact me.Now for the Bulova stamped M0 so it is 1960. This one has me confused, I went to pop the case back off to have a look inside and the whole caseback movement and cryst

Hi GuysDoes anyone know if the leather strap from the dual time 26124st 39mm will fit on the 15202st extra thin? Thanks,
Hi,I've not really been into watches until the last year or so and have recently been looking at other brands outside of Rolex. Not to buy, as I cannot afford one. It took me 4 years to save up for a Rolex Sub. So it's just out of interest and to know more about other brands/models etcI have a lot of respect for AP and like the way the majority of them look. But there is one thing I don't understand and that is why are they so expensive? To be straight, I have never held one in real life. But on just about every picture I have ever seen, they look nowehre near as well finished as a Rolex. The main part being the face, the face always looks 'cheap'. There are some that are over 10,000 Euro and look great. But they look to have the build and finish of an average 500 Euro Tissot or something. What am I missing? Educate me please :)p.s. The nicest watch I have ever seen and love is one of the AP Grande Complications! So I am in no way an 'AP hater' or something.
