Invicta 16818 wrist watches news:
I've been trying to gain a better understanding of the coaxial escapement since I'm contemplating a PO. In reading the discussion between John and Dennis, in the Tech forum (as well as John's review); the depth of conversation and intellect was deep.It made me realize that to understand the Daniel's movement would require a few swings of JD....The fundamental part that I'm trying to get clear, is whether based on the concept for how the CoAx actually works, plus the lower beat rate, causes more wear on the parts? I'm trying to compare the wear on a Valjoux 7750 to a 2500 movement. Can anyone clarify this for me please?

Guys,I have been regulating a 7s26 for the last week without a timing tool. It's just a simple adjustment and watching how the movement keeps time with NIST. Thx to an old posting and guide from KW and son. :D Anyway I wanted to say that the 7s26 is very hard to adjust. Just a slight change would translate in big difference. LOL. I am still fiddling around but I should say it's fun. Maybe I should just buy that darn timing tool.
Or 8 per second....
Tried this on today. I liked the matt finish of the dial and the fact that it's rather an understated piece. With it being difficult to seeing stainless steel models in the flesh, what are some good alternatives/comparisons to the Explorer?Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
