Please explain GMT prices
I have noticed that the Bond style GMT, 2535.80, is listed at $3650, while the new version, 2234.50, is about $1000 less. Why is that? Also, what is it about the GMT, in general, that makes it so much more than a regular automatic SMP? Is the movement that much more expensive, or is it just marketing? (or a little of both)Thank you.....

Rad Rado
I have this popular wide leather strap and had my smallish gold GP on it. But I think it looks a little more blinged-out with my old Rado. Really pops on the strap, I think. It's quite a bit thicker. I like the Rado because of its unusual and classic case. It also has the honeycomb Hardlex crystal which makes it really shine and stand out. I have yet to see another crystal like this. I guess it is Hardlex (I think that is how you spell it), of course, if could also be sapphire. All I know is that you CANNOT scratch it. Here are some pics in front of the plasma while I watch March Madness and my Ohio State Buckeyes! Go Bucks!A little depth flavor.....
