Invicta 80766 wrist watches news:
Given recent events, I anticipate we'll see many folks coming over from TZ in the coming days (hours?). To make the trasition as smooth as possible, anyone who would like to transfer their post count from TZ simply needs to reply to this post with their TZ post count, and I will modify your profile accordingly. It will sort of be like changing jobs and keeping your seniority. Welcome to WTF. UPDATE:Guys - I'd like to wrap this up as it's getting to be quite a chore. This offer will expire on Friday June 6th. So if there are any other TZ folks that haven't been invited, or others who their transfer done, you have until this Friday.
Hi all,I've been lurking on the forums for a few months now and decided to pop in and say hi. Now for a little life story:I've only recently taken in interest in watches having previously owned quartz. I entered into the world of mechanical timepieces with a graduation gift from my wonderful parents, an Omega Speedmaster Date (with white dial) - I absolutely love this watch, everything about it is perfect to me.I then joined all of you as a fellow Hamilton owner a few months ago when I picked up a brand new Hamilton Khaki Field Chrono 42mm on the bay for an absolute steal of ~US$500. The fit and finish of this watch was much more than I expected. Not on the same level of the Omega, which also uses the same Valjoux 7750 base movement, but nevertheless very impressive. It was originally on the canvas strap which did not do the watch justice at all, making it sit really high on my tiny tiny wrists, so I purchased a couple of aftermark cheapie straps, which have not been all that thrilling
Well, once again, and despite all the conscience I tried to put on this, I could not resist and got these two guys...Both in their way from the U.S.Thanks to T-Hunter, in pushing me over the trigger pulling :DAccutron VX-200 Valjoux 7750 ChronographAccutron Gemini Valjoux 7750 ChronographWeb pictures of course, will post mine, once I get them in a couple of weeks hopefully...
Dear All, I just have this kind of thinking, that maybe its a good idea ( or Not ) to have a memorial thread of our watches that was/were with us then for some reason we need to part with it / them.. maybe after the next 5 years, 10 years and so on ¡ we can look back to them and feel how regretful or thankful or whatever feels that might arise.. OK i will start with mine today as i need to flip this .. my beautiful Blue Chrono Evo .I am sorry if this kind of thread had already started before,, but i have tried to search with no avail..
After some time off, Seiko Solar Chronograph for a volunteer day at the pet rescue!.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
