What do you guys think of this auction?
I am pretty new to looking for watches on ebay, but have been watching a few auctions lately. I am thinking about getting an Omega Speedmaster (assuming I can get the wife to let me) and so have been watching the prices on ebay for a while.I have seen a few of these now, where the Speedmaster has a Seamaster case back, and yet the seller claims that the case back is original.I am really not up on all the things to watch out for with Omegas yet (or watches in general really) but am trying to learn. Your favorite German"Flieger" watch?
I'm a big fan of the Stowa Flieger, and it's on my list for the very distant future. I've also noticed that a few other companies make a very similarly styled watch.I'm just curious, based on the movement, build quality, and price, is the Stowa the favorite, or something else?Also, is there one "original" watch of this style, and the rest are homages, or did they all pop up based on a general stye?

Who wants a Tudor GMT?
Forum is quiet on this one. Since I have a GMT it doesn't seem right for me to have another but the more I see, the more it seems like an absolute cracker of a GMT! Very tempted to land one at some point to use as a daily whilst my weekenders are safely safe in the safe. I seem to be the opposite of most on here - I'm more interested in it than the SS BLRO. A lot more! I see posts from people going nuts about the NEW SS BLRO and wonder what the fuss is about. I don't believe the new movt has attracted most of these crazed fanatics. So basically a Super Jubilee with a new clasp on it and now made in SS instead of WG ..which looked similar enough? Woooah.
