Jaeger LeCoultre Jaeger LeCoultre 1164 wrist watches news:
Hublot chairman Jean-Claude Biver¡¯s appreciation for speed is evident not only in his choice of partner for the Swiss watch brand¡¯s latest collaborative venture ¡ª the Italian sportscar icon Scuderia Ferrari ¡ª but in the astoundingly short time it has taken to produce the first Ferrari-branded Hublot wristwatch: the Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Magic Gold. Wallpaper image inside. The watch, which was unveiled this week at the Baselworld watch fair, is not only the first fruit of the partnership between Hublot and Ferrari, announced a scant five months ago, but also the first use of an entirely new material developed by Hublot: so-called ¡°Magic Gold,¡± a scratch-resistant alloy of gold and ceramic used for the case. The case is larger than that of a typical Big Bang watch, 45.5 mm in diameter; this is the first variation of the Big Bang case since the model was launched in 2005. Other notable features include a cylindrical bezel, a sapphire dial that shows off the movement (Hublot¡¯s in-house Uni
This month on watches-dealer, you have a chance to win a Claude Bernard Chronograph Automatic timepiece, which is an elegant and attractive bi-compax chronograph. Who wears a chronograph dress watch? The concept is a relatively modern phenomenon which developed as historic sport watches simply became dressier over time. Originally, all chronograph watches were tools meant for timing events and activities, but later became lifestyle objects. Today, there are sporty chronograph watches and even sportier ones. The Chronograph Automatic by Swiss Claude Bernard has an understated elegance but also a clean modern design. At 42mm wide, the steel case is PVD coated with a rose gold tone or offered in polished steel and contains a mechanical Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic movement with a chronograph module. A unique design feature is the date window which is located under the 12 o'clock hour indicator. The rear of the watch has a sapphire crystal display back. Claude Bernard offers the Chronograp

Hello,I've just received a second-hand IWC timepiece from a very wealthy family member for my birthday (thanks, Uncle Tom!). However I only received the watch on it's own, not any supporting paperwork/box etc.Does anyone recognise this model? I believe the wristband is titanium - very light and dark grey in colour. I can't seem to find it on the iwc website or via google searches.Lastly, I was surprised that I couldn't find a model number on the back - I've been assured it was a real watch but wanted your thoughts before I take it into an authorised dealer (needs a new battery) - i.e. mitigate potential embarrassment if it is obviously not genuine!Photos attached.Look forward to your thoughts...Many thanksDan
Hey guys, kinda curious about this watch I picked up on ebay, wondering if anyone has any thoughts on it. It's a vintage Rodania, which apparently the face was redone on. I've never heard of this being done, but the watch was pretty cheap so I figured I'd give it a shot. I attached some pictures of it (green) compared to another Rodania I have that I'm fairly certain is authentic (white). As you can see, the logo on the white one is much more crisp. They both have sweep second hand. I took off the case back and the green one does say seventeen 17 jewels Swiss, as does the white one. They look pretty similar. One difference I notice (with my untrained eye) is that the green one has a white plastic component ring around the perimeter of the machinery. I also have a close up of the green one (mechanism) in the photobucket folder.
