Another Fantastic Weekend of Golf and Rolex
I cannot adequately express in words how much I love Summer. This weekend was like a vacation getaway. Friday night we took in the new Batman flick (OK in my book, but not quite up to the critical acclaim it seems to be receiving). Then, I got up about 6am on Saturday and enjoyed a great sunrise breakfast out on the deck. Then I got my son up, we got ready, and then headed to the golf course so we could get a round in before it got too hot. Dropped my new Seiko Solar watch!
Talk about dumb luck! I just bought a new Seiko Solar 100M today and dropped the bag with the watch still in the box onto the garage floor while trying to get my house keys. It dropped about 2 feet onto concrete. The packaging looked none the worse for wear and the watch is runningI can't see any damage that is visible. What do you all think the chances are of it being undamaged? Will the seiko box protect it enough? I sure hope I didn't throw my money away!
