- A TImex that's cute and right up to date. The green is a great eye catching color that pops a lot of outfits. Just a nice bit of color with the Timex expected quality. I have been really pleased with this watch. I wear it a lot.

Jaeger LeCoultre Q1718470 wrist watches news:
This watch belongs to a friend of mine, just saw it in person a couple of months ago.Any thoughts?
I think this will be the final question that helps me decide on my next purchase.I've been shying away from anything over 40mm in width, but there are a couple of styles that I really like that are 43 or 44mm wide.Would some of you be kind enough to post wrist shots of 43 or 44 mm wide watches and mention your wrist size? Mine's a hair over 7 inches, I think. To give an idea, I recently bought a Hamilton Everest, and had to have one link removed, and with leather band watches I usually use either the last or next to last hole, with very little band left over. I gave the additional info about link removal and leather band hole usage because I have absolutely no idea if I measured my wrist at the right spot...Thanks!
I'm conflicted now. Which would you guys pick? The new RG ROC on a leather strap with brown or blue dial (probably would change blue strap on blue dial to black). Or the new RG ROO? Also I'd be willing to wait till next year to get the in house movement in the ROC. This choice would be a lot easier if I could afford the RG ROC on a bracelet .
Since my FrankenSpeedy debacle I would like to own at least one original Omega. So where do you find an original Omega? Well, it found me. Remember, buy the seller. So my best friend says to me I want to sell my Omega, what do you think it is worth?. He bought it brand new in 1968 when he was stationed in Wiesbaden. He has worn it about 40 times and has never had it opened. This is what you would call all original with box and papers. He did change the leather band 25 years ago and even has the receipt for that.If I was to buy it, what should I offer him. It will need a cleaning and overhaul.Sorry some of the pictures rotated when I uploaded them.Thank you for your responses.
Just for fun, lately I¡¯ve been thinking about what would be my Rolex & Patek duo of choice for life (I don¡¯t know why, since I¡¯m not looking to purchase). After much thought I¡¯ve come to the conclusion that I would pick my SubC Date and the 5712. I think they compliment each other very well and I¡¯m very casual so I dont need a dress watch. Curious to know what TRF would pick from the two best brands in the world imho. Some pics of my duoSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
