- This watch is impressive in all respects. The sizing was perfect and the watch, while heavy enough to convey quality, is not too bulky. This was a gift for husband, we are both very pleased!

Vacheron Constantin 47300/000G-9064 wrist watches news:
Finally, we get back to a normal weekend after the holiday rush! Felt like seeing what watch everyone is sporting. Whatever it is, I hope you all have a great one!-Ross16710 for me. 116200 for my wife.
After yesterday's visit to a Hamilton AD, herself and I went out of town a bit to a discount outlet at a discount mall. They had Hammies and the Tissot representative was there, offering a further 10% off that Swatch make. The prices were really good, as I've come to expect. She nearly bit on a couple, but discouraged me from the Hamilton American Classics that they had (no Boulton, sad to say). But I really fell for the Khaki Automatic, and bought it. I also fell for a solid-gold Tissot Lord chronograph (Valjoux movement), which was a true bargain at precisely $2k - but herself gave me that look, so I passed it by - besides, I'm still thinking about getting a Boulton. Anyway, these are down-and-dirty quick shots of the Khaki. The packaging is upstairs and I'll set up some better shots next week. The Khaki is a really nice watch in the military mode and I convinced myself I need one more in that look...
Hello to everybody!A few weeks ago I bought a Nomos Tangente Sport Datum watch!I was kind of hesitating between buying this watch and Nomos Sport Index Datum, however I finally decided to buy the former. It is a very nice watch. The colour of the watch's front is not white, but somehow a white-light grey-light silver colour (I was very suprised about colour when I first saw the watch, because I could not tell it from the pictures on the internet). What I did not know about this watch (and, if I knew I would have bought the one without a date) is that if you want to change the date, you can not do it by pulling out the crown once and adjusting just the date; no, the crown can be pulled just once and, in order to adjust the date, you have to adjust it by moving the hands back and forth accros the 12, so you have to fix the time again after you adjusted the date. However, the date must be adjusted 5 times a year, at the end of the months with less than 31 days, so I will live with it.Anoth
I had the Panerai Radiomir base (45mm) for about a year and have loved its simplicity and casework. On a recent trip to Chicago, I made the mistake of trying on the new in-house movement 42mm Radiomir released in 2010. On my 7 inch wrist, the watch just fits nicer. The smaller case retains its curvy Italian beauty without the "Look at me" 45mm case. I was smitten.I was able to sell my former love 210 to obtain a 337 from the Panerai boutique in NYC (with some added funds on my end). Two days later it is comfortably in my box. Here are some pics and early thoughts. The P.999/1 is a slim hand cranker, allowing for a lower profile case than in the 210. This makes the watch a bit dressier. The burgundy leather strap with white stitches however keeps it sporty. The small seconds indicator at 9 o'clock makes it clear the watch is still alive (I always have a small bit of anxiety when checking the time on a watch without a moving second hand). The movement has a 60 hour power reserv
Hi,I just peeled the stickers off of the watch and noticed a few chips on the top and bottom of the watch. Doesn't look normal to me.Such a turn off. Thoughts?
