In the scheme of buying products, $2,000 is expensive, and this version of the Greubel Forsey Double Tourbillon is so many more times that in price.Greubel Forsey produces many watches that are a close neighbor to $1 million, proving themselves to be harsh mistresses. As unattainable as she is in this shiny black dress, this black titanium piece of horologia did steal my heart when spending just a few romantic moments together at SIHH 2013. The avant garde dress watch that inspired a sport watch now inspires a dress watch. This new model from Finnish Sarpaneva is called the Korona K0 Wuoksi and is based on the brand's first dive watch called the?Korona K0 that we showed you hands-on here. Toasting my Polar Addition...
I know many folks prefer the 16570, but I've had my eyes on a polar 216570 for a few years now and IMHO, Rolex got everything right with this one. I travel quite a bit, so my GMT LN was getting a lot of wear and I decided I wanted something a bit more casual, but that retained the ability for a dual time zone. After wearing this one all weekend, I believe it may have knocked out the 16600 as my favorite daily beater. Anyways, the family is all in bed, so I figured I'd wind down before the start of the week with one of my favorite pours. Have a great week my fellow TRFers!
