Last night I indulged in beer and found myself on eBay. I came across a Gold GRUEN Airflight in very good condition and appears to be equiped with the original band?The seller was asking $1,700.00 dollars buy it now or best offer. With beer goggles on I sent them an offer of $700.00 dollars not even expecting them to except the offer. Oh boy! My bank account is yelling at me to stop with the watch addiction. First ever "luxury" watch - Omega Speedmaster Professional 3573.50 c. 1863
Hi everyone,I'm fairly new to the luxury watch world, as I became very interested in timepieces just this past summer. As I'm turning 21 and beginning a career I feel this is the perfect time to have picked up this hobby, as I feel that a watch says a lot about a person.After many hours of research, I decided on the Speedy Pro Sapphire Sandwich - I couldn't possibly think of using the hesalite crystal as a daily (although I know some disagree) and am also extremely fascinated by the view of the movement, so my choice was a natural one.I hope to soon learn how to remove the bracelet so that I can try on the Perforated Racing strap that I ordered with the watch (it's just sitting there, teasing me). The AD who sold me the watch promised to guide me through the process over the phone next week. I'm trying to learn by myself as I tend to be impatient with eagerness, but so far none of the online guides have me confident enough to try (all I have is a small screwdriver, which is what my AD
