Omega 123.50.27.60.58.001 wrist watches news:
hi guys, i'm new to the hamilton forum. which do you prefer the black dial or silver on the jazzmaster chrono?thanks for your input.
Hi everyone,I wondered of you could all help me with something?Firstly I think it's important to admit that when I start a thread here I often replicate the same thread on one or two other forums in order to garner more opinion. On this occasion I am not doing so because any topic surrounding ETA is so incendiary that I can only trust this to a forum that won't get embroiled in ETA "hating" and fan boys of one description or another. In other words - as sycophantic as this might sound - I trust I'll get some unbiased and serious answers on here.My question is around the ethics of ETA or the accuracy of them (I have no issue on that score - if other readers do then that's up to them and it is not the point of this thread). My query is around watches with the same ETA movement by different manufacturers. Let's take the Valjoux 7750 Movement. I have an IWC Portuguese Chronograph that I purchased a few years ago. Hi All,I am spending a week in Orlando, FL. Any watch places that I should visit?Thanks,-Sheldon
I am still trying to proceed with the resurection of my Mark II. Out of curiosity I contacted Omega for a service estimate and was directed to a web site regarding what they do and the cost. What they do:.omegawatches/customer...enance-serviceThe costs schedule: .sguscustomerservice/I was pretty much amazed by the cost of maintaining older watches. Currently I'm getting ready to ship the watch over to MY for full service. I was also wondering how other insured their watches when shipped to my for servicing and conditioning. Any input would be useful. Thanks!!!
As some of you may already know me, I have a 7 piece collection, 3 Pams, 1 Blancpain, 3 Rolex, and my latest piece the PP 5712, oops sorry that makes 8.Anyways I am also realizing the fact, as another distinguished member here, that fewer is better, so basically I am skimming down my collection to 2 or 3 pieces, of course my 5712, Rolex sub LV that I should get soon, and for the 3rd piece am hesitating, either keep my Daytona 116515 in RG, it's a beautiful watch but for me to put on very limited occasions, the lack of date is a serious hassle for me, or get an aquanaut, love the RG but can't afford it before a very long time having just gotten the 5712, well in fact after flipping all my watches sure I could afford it, but having already 1 watch worth 27.000 euros is something I never thought would happen so having 2 would be quite a shock, so let's say the 5167 SS, in any case I wouldn't buy the PP before quite a long period as I don't want to buy something which I don't really want a
