- I just received this watch and it is gorgeous. The face has a beautiful mother-of-pearl face surrounded by crystals and the mesh band is luxurious looking. It is one of my favorite watches - just gorgeous.

Jaeger LeCoultre 701 24 20 wrist watches news:
Hi everyone. I'm new to this and was referred by a member of the "micro4/3 user" camera blog. Someone had started a thread on watch collections w/photos.The member " ~tc~ " had posted a 1/2 dozen or so pics. of different watches. I asked him if he was interested in 2 of mine. One is a 1967 Omega Constellation I inherited. I have no idea what it's worth. I've had it since 1980-ish, no papers. My grandfather was a heavy drinker, consequently the crystal was heavily scratched. I had the watch sent to an Omega authorized dealer to clean and replace the crystal in 1983-ish. The crystal is not original, everything else is. I put a leather band on it a while back but I still have the original gold omega bracelet. This watch has been sitting in a jewelry box for some 10-15yrs. I pulled it out and photographed it to try and sell. Any help evaluating this watch would be appreciated! The watch looks better to the naked eye than it does w/my 90mm macro and lights PS. The other watch is a 2 yr. o
Check this out, same model watch (Nautilus 602), similar condition, both working, both with no service history, different photographic technique...The first sold (to me) for $75; the only bid. The second has a while to run; 1st bid was $195. Go figure!! My watch. ebay imageImage: ebay
Have a few prestige auto chrono'sSpeedy, Carrera, Longines master and usually I leave the big second hand pointer stationary (the large seconds pointer that moves around when you push the chrono button). Is it beneficial to the watch to run the chrono movement / functionsometimes or perhaps all the time? Any advice appreciated
I know this is a real general question and the answer depends on condition, etc. However can any of you give me an idea what price range an early 1960's Constellation with a pie-pan dial would run me?Thanks in advance for your replies.
