If you can watch televsion programming on line, NBC San Diego is is going to have a report on their 11:00pm news tonight about counterfeiting. They're not going to be talking about "homage" anything, but rather those items which are flat-out fakes, and how they help finance terrorism, the drug trade, etc.Being so close to Tijuana, obtaining fake watches, purses, clothing, etc, is pretty easy to do. It's a 20 minute walk across the border, forty bucks, and a 20 minute walk back.Here's the link to the station: NBC San Diego. The guy doing the report is known as "Consumer Bob".I have to leave for the airport early tomorrow morning, so I'll likely be asleep already, but I plan on recording it so I can watch it when I get home next week...
