Longines GrandeVitesse Chronograph 24h
The Chronograph 24h is the newest addition to Longines’ GrandeVitesse line. The 44mm case is fitted with the a modified version of the automatic ETA Valjoux 7754 movement made exclusively for Longines, dubbed caliber L686. As you might guess from its name, this new watch incorporates chronograph and second time zone. The movement, visible through a sapphire display back, runs in 25 jewels at at 28,800 vph with a power reserve of 46 hours. The chronograph features center seconds, a 30 minute counter at 12 o’clock and a 12 hour counter at 6 o’clock. Continuous small seconds are located at 9 o’clock. The second time zone is indicated via a black 24 hour hand with a red triangular tip. The case features a double tachymeter on the bezel, graduated in kph and MPH, that can be used for measuring ground-speeds up to Mach 2. The crown and push-pieces have a non-slip texture. Joining the AP fam
I've been eyeing the 44mm rose gold ROO for a while, and I finally pulled the trigger! Thanks to Peter (aka Lee2375) for the smooth purchase. Definitely stretched the budget to get this, and although I might have to sleep on the couch for the next year, totally worth it!

Need help with an Omega...if anyone here knows... :)
I am trying to buy one and can use some help... :)It's a beautiful 1950's 14k Solid gold Omega. Seller says case, chain and movement everything is original. Both case and bracelet is solid 14k. I am yet to examine it. He claims it's all original heirloom and has never been restored. Movement has an omega symbol with 820 written under it. It also says Omega watch swiss, adjusted to 9 positions, 17 jewels. It's a manual wind. Movement seems it needs some cleaning. I am trying to figure what should be a fair price for it...any help or guidance will be appreciated... :)

Service Issue
Recently I have had my Yacht-Master serviced. It¡¯s a 2002 model F serial number and was purchased used in 2011. I noticed that there were scratches on the bezel, but it never bothered me. Seven years later I send it in to be serviced due to a vibration that was felt when I shook my wrist to adjust its position. When I got it back I see they had polished the bezel and I can¡¯t make my mind up if it is something that bothers me or not. I¡¯m hesitant to say anything but I¡¯m not exactly happy. I will see if I can add before as well as after photographs. Any opinion on the matter is greatly appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
