Maurice Lacroix FA2164-SS002-350 wrist watches news:

Hi guys! Glad I found this forum. Just got my new seiko yesterday and love it. Here's some pics from the Ebay ad.This isnt my only Seiko I looked at more expensive watches for a long time and discovered the seiko5. It seems to me that the more you spend on a watch the more stuff it has on it and I like the simple look. These things work perfect for me. I have a Uniochron I would wear more often if it were a day/date.
It was a nice evening with decent temperature, so, I decided to fire up the "barbie".So far so good...Timed to perfection! The official timekeeper of my grill is Omega...of the "1966" kind. Who is yours?-Bond
Recently I previewed a very beautiful Ref 3448 in white gold from 1975. A true grail watch that hides a lot of complexity beneath a very clean and simple dial and case. It was quite magical on the wrist. But it got me thinking again about Ref. 5320. Ref. 3448 has no leap year indicator but is in a 38.5 mm case. Ref. 3445 is different to Ref. 3448 as it has a leap year indicator but therefore makes the dial offcentered. The 5320 has a leap year indicator and on top of that has a day/night indicator (which although rather useless, gives the dial nice symmetry). I think in the larger case of the Ref. 5320, the leap year and day/night look good and balanced. The watch is interesting as it combines a sporty look with luminescent markers and hands, but at the same time is a very classical complication with clear vintage lineage. I look forward to seeing some incomings here in the future.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi everyone,Trying to sort out my best option to resize my YM oyster bracelet. Currently I have the clasp adjustment on the 3rd position and the watch feels good on my wrist. The band is slightly loose, where I can slip one finger under the band. It is very comfortable. With this configuration, the watch usually rides on the outside of my wrist off to the 12' side, not centered and the buckle is centered on the bottom of my wrist. If I center the watch on the top of my wrist, the buckle is offset to the 12' side, by about 1mm.I'd like the watch and bracelet to ride centered on my wrist, which needs a bracelet adjustment.Side view looks longer on the 6' side than 12'. I'm thinking about removing one link on the 6' side. Then I have two choices, (1) add the link to the 12' side and keep the buckle adjustment on the 2nd position, or (2) remove link and move buckle adjustment to the 1st position. The links look to be 1mm and the difference between the 1st and 2nd position is 1/2mm. I'm
