Omega 121.32.44.52.01.001 wrist watches news:
Theo Jansen conversing with patrons of the Strandbeest Audemars Piguet pavilion at Art Basel, 2014Audemars Piguet has been a sponsor of the famed Art Basel in Miami Beach, FL, for the past two years. The relationship is ongoing, and Audemars Piguet uses the event as a means to introduce new ambassadors as well as to announce its ongoing commitment in supporting select artists and causes. At this year's show, the focus was on Dutch artist Theo Jansen, whose Strandbeests are mechanical automatons resembling massive, though what would be rather miniature,?lifelike "beasts." I've been waiting a long time to add this to the collection. Not a Rolex, but will compliment my GMT-IIc nicely.
Hi guys very much a rolex guy but love vintage omega. Just picked this one up and thought I,d share.
Anyone else hear this?
Been seriously bit by the bug and this DD40 decision is driving me nuts. I loved the 50th RG Olive since day one but since I just picked up my RG ROO 44 I’ve now been leaning to the YG with the black face. Can’t do both and been going back and forth for a while now. Tried both on and while both were diffent animals imo, I just can’t decide. I think the RG would get more wear being not as flashy but I feel my fleet could use a YG. Thoughts are much appreciated:)
