Maurice Lacroix LC1007-PVY11-130 wrist watches news:
Received my new Iphone 3GS last week and snapped some pics of my SD at Luisen Park in Mannheim, Germany. I can see that I need to work on my photo skills as the camera at 3MP is capable of some decent photo's.Just so happens that Andre Agassi and Stefi Graf were also there with their family. I have heard that Stefi is from an area near by in Heidelberg, Germany. While everyone else was trying to snap pics, I was just trying to see what kind of watch Andre was wearing but could not tell from the distance.
I have been playing around with getting a Hamilton with a brown dial. The pictures I have seen posted just looked awesome! Problem was Hamilton did not offer the brown dial in all that many models. I really like my black dial auto Khaki King but did not want to drop that much money again on basically the same watch but different dial. Then remembered a post Foghorn did with his quartz model. In fact, it was that post that got me to pull the trigger on my auto. I thought, man, that looked good and it is less money so.....WHY NOT?So, it is now on the way!I am not a huge fan of canvas straps but I will have something else to go on it when it gets here. Heck, I may take a few before and after shots. With some luck I will have it Friday and will post pics before the end of the weekend. If not, it should be here early next week.Foghorn should get some kind of kick back from Hamilton you know. He makes one post and they sell two watches! Boscoe may should get a slice too as he has said an I q

Another thread got me thinking. 'What makes an expert?'Is it 'amount of watches owned?'Is it '5 yrs, studying, 10 yrs, 20 yrs or 30 yrs studying Horology?'Is it 'Amount of books owned and read?'and can you be an expert with a few watches but yrs of reading (experience)I got no answer to it. Do you?I surely have met some of the 'greatest' and from that I know I am a novice. So to you people what makes 'an expert'
Ive never looked at buying a watch for as long as this one to decide on. I knew i wanted a milgauss and kept looking at the white for sure but couldnt quite pull the trigger after going back and forth on all milgauss options It really hit me, yep the feeling you get when you really know its right, OK ENOUGH, Im feeling real good about buying A black (non-gv) random, full set. 2015 on card. Should be here on monday. Ill shoot some pics and post them if i can figure out how. Thanks to all.
