Maurice Lacroix LC6068-YS101-13E wrist watches news:
Dear Rolex-Fans,today I would like to bring the Turn-O-Graph into the focus. Following please find the different versions and references from the beginning of the 70ies. In 1970 the Rolex-Program shows:Turn-O-Graph, ref. 1625/x, caliber 1575, without quickset of the date, plexi crystal. The following references were available:Steel/Whitegold, Ref. 1625/4Steel/Pinkgold, Ref. 1625/33 (33=?)Stell/Yellowgold, Ref 1625/3Yellowgold, Ref. 1625/8Pinkgold, Ref. 1625/83 (83=?)The references in pinkgold were only available until approx. 1974. A Turn-O-Graph completely made out of whitegold similar to the resp. Datejust 1601/9 was not part of the manufacturing program. Interestingly the 1625 was equipped with a smaller winding crown (dia. 5.3 mm, no. 530) than the resp. Datejust 160x (dia. 6 mm, no. 600). Although the new caliber 3035 was introduced on the Datejust already 1978, the Turn-O-Graph was still delivered with the ¡°old¡± caliber 1575 until approx. 1981.Example of a ref. 1625/3:(Source: A
Hi everyone, i'm a new member here I'm about to get a watch (omega) that i really want (well, bit later, after xmas).I've been looking at the OMEGA 2220.80.00 blue face which i find stunning Do OMEGA keep producing this watch (i heard rumours saying it was discontinued hope not . My AD coudln't tell me more about it).Is it discontinued ?
Any comments about this model? The movement is a 24-jewel calibre 751, keeping perfect time, and the right size - 35mm x 40mm. I find it quite appealing...
I've been wanting a forged carbon / ceramet AP since 2009. The lightness of carbon combined with the scratch resistance of ceramics is a killer combo. Top that off with the killer styling of the ROO line and you've got a winner. While there are now a number of Carbon/Ceramic ROOs, the 44mm watches are just too big for my 6.5 wrist. That leaves only one choice (for now)... presenting my 42mm AP Bumblebee!I'll post my impressions in a few days but I've already got some changes in mind.?In case anyone wants to name it, a la Sam, I'm thinking of naming it after Bruce Lee (love that yellow and black jumpsuit man!). Thanks for your patience in following my incoming thread!
Hi there!I am looking to get a new dress watch and I cannot decide between 5205r black dial and 5396g with breguet numerals. I will be my first patek and i have a SubC for daily. I am a sucker for the breguet numerals and deployant clasp but I really like the versatility of 5205 dial.Any pros and cons between these two pieces. Thank youPoundsan
