Torsten Nagengast is a German-born timepiece enthusiast who has crossed the line. And by ¡°crossed the line,¡± I mean took the final step a watch enthusiast can take: from collecting fine timepieces to crafting them himself. Already lauded for his work on handmade projects featuring ¡°reclaimed¡± historical movements as well as an impressive one-off Unique Repeater in 18K with diamonds, Nagengast is now preparing to launch his next timepiece, branded TNT (Torsten Nagengast Timepieces), as an affordable triple calendar moon phase chronograph to be called the Challenger Black Luna. This lovely Wilshire case has some brassing happening. My question is, does it hurt the value of the watch to have it replated? Does anyone have suggestions as to a good resource for finding a replacement case. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!
Between my two current subs. In your opinion, what would be more of a future collectors piece!?F serial 14060M (last service in 09)Or Y serial 16610 (just serviced by RSC)Would love to hear opinions! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi,Rolex is so nice, but for me there are models that just don't do.I would never buy a Yacht-Master II! I just do not like the design. Also i would never buy a Daytona on straps. And Finally, the air-king, i see not point on this model. And i will always try to stay away of two tone models (Except a SUB with blue dial)What about you guys? Please be kind, i know i just a matter of taste, but Rolex owners seems to be passionate about their models.Waiting for the opinios and the Thanks!
