- I took interest in this watch because of the way it was displayed. It has a skinny strap and two common colors gold and brown which can be worn everday. As well as, a good price.

Maurice Lacroix PT6158-SS002-33E wrist watches news:
After presenting the wrist-worn No. 16 atomic clock watch about a year ago, Richard Hoptroff is back with the Hoptroff No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 atomic wrist watches that he claims are now "wearable." What I am actually spending the most time thinking about is how the Number 16 watch came before numbers 1, 2, and 3. But perhaps, that is for a different time. Right now, the focus is on these three new timepieces that contain what Hoptroff claims are the latest in small-sized atomic clock technology. So what does wearable mean? The Hoptroff No. 16 was almost 84mm wide and looked like two watches welded to one another side-by-side. The Hoptroff No. 1, 2, and 3 atomic watches have a more traditional rectangular case that is clearly shaped as such to contain the electronics inside. The case is available in rhodium-plated brass or 18k yellow gold for each of the watches and is 52mm wide by 42mm tall and rather chunky at 19.5mm thick. Even though these are still quite large measurements, in his
I'm a sucker for a new material. When I was a younger watchmaker and far wetter behind the ears, I stuck hard-and-fast to the principles of old, believing science to be cheating, witchcraft, magicWell, it turns out I was right. The Hublot Big Bang Unico Full Magic Gold and Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon 5-day Power reserve Indicator Full Magic Gold are the latest of the Nyon-based manufacturer's products to utilize this novel material that really has to be seen (and felt) to be believed.Full disclosure: There is no actual magic in this watch. If you buy one, do not expect it to grant you wishes, make your brooms dance, or inspire that girl/guy you've been ogling for the past few months to introduce themselves. What it might do, however, is give you a little more wrist-confidence when you finally decide to make the first move (nothing ventured, nothing gained). You may be enthralled by Magic Gold's dulled hue, or you might simply find it dull. Whatever your final opinion of its aesthetics,
Records in watchmaking are increasingly elusive, and generally transient. However, pursuing them has given rise to some very interesting watchmaking. Breaking a record may be hard, and holding it is even harder, but for now, it looks like Bvlgari has managed to do both, with the launch at Baselworld 2016 of its Octo Finissimo Minute Repeater. 1 OF 5 Ultra-thin wristwatch movements are rare; complicated ultra-thin wristwatch movements are even more rare, since the challenges in ultra-thin watchmaking tend to rise exponentially as the watch becomes more complicated. For that reason, the most complex watches are made in ultra-thin variants by only a few companies, and as a rule, they're those firms with a very long technical history in such watchmaking – Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Audemars Piguet, Piaget. Bvlgari came late to the ultra-thin game but they're playing it like they mean it, with such watches as the Octo Finissimo Tourbillon (see our int
My 15400 in black is heading back to Clearwater for the 3rd year warranty WR check in the spring, and I'm thinking of maybe swapping in a blue dial while they have it. Has anyone of you done this, and can one of you give me an idea of cost?
How about an Aquanaut 5167 A or a 5164 A for a OWG? How practical is this watch compared to a steel Rolex? Lifestyle consists of Office work/ construction sites, beach/pool, traveling, gym and other semi active activities. I don't think I beat my watches to the point of only a gshock could handle me but I don't baby them either. I just want a watch that has a low profile, rugged, efficient that I could use it all the time, no limitations. Note: I considered the 5711 but I've come to realize I prefer rubber. Thanks!
