Cartier W1556363 wrist watches news:
Bamford Watch Department have just launched the Commando Edition, welcoming a new era of watch customization by employing a versatile coating called Graphite Powder Coating (GPC). The Bamford Watch Department Commando Edition colour scheme offers the chance to pick-up a Rolex Submariner or Rolex Milgauss coated with one of three unique GPC colors (desert, combat, or forest). In addition to the extremely hard-wearing and aesthetically novel exterior, the famous customizers will also provide a new dial for these classic Rolex watches. The dials, which appear to be of sandwich construction, feature big, bold, luminous numbers at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, and a large downwards-pointing arrow at 12. The hands of each watch will also be repainted to match your chosen colorway. The date has also been removed on the Rolex Submariner. Bamford Watch Department knows how to transform a watch ¨C their r¨¦sum¨¦ is hard to match ¨C but is it something that appeals to watch lovers the world over, or just a se
Some watches cost $36,440 and are worth every penny. Other watches, like the Nomos Tangente, cost $2,330 and make you wonder why more companies can’t (or won’t) produce models offering this much value. The Tangente is the type of watch that makes writing this column easy. A little too easy. At this price point, there’s no other modern brand that gets design, manufacturing, and quality consistently right – across a range of models, to boot. The Tangente is minimal without being sterile, modern without being brash, and above all, it houses an in-house movement, the Nomos Alpha caliber. This is a true Value Proposition. 2 OF 8 The stainless steel case is just 6.7mm thick ¨C a welcome break from watches that are still too thick in the 21st century. First, let’s discuss the size: a stainless-steel case measuring 37.5mm x 6.75 mm (despite the "38" in the model name) is unusual for a new watch, especially in a market lately dominated b
Hi all, I'm not sure if I've posted in the oris section before. If I did it was drooling over your watches. I've wanted an oris for a few years now, but never seemed to have enough $. I'd jump on deals on Invicta, Croton, seiko...Not bad watches but ready to move up a notch from my Hamilton khaki aviation tachymeter (which I love and is the flagship of my meeger fleet). It seems to me the Oris brand is the likely move. One problem is choosing the right one.So far I'm leaning toward the small seconds. Either the "black with orange indices, stainless bracelet", or that magnificent blue w/ S.S. . I LOVE the blue, but the orange is so unique. A skeleten back would be nice but I think thats only available on the Diver Date or the more expensive models. That would be one suggestion I'd like to hear from you. The next is where to purchase. Not any AD's close to me, so internet would be preferred. From what I read around here "muttley" (or Shayne I believe) seems to be the "go to guy". I'
Does anyone have this watch? Any reviews or pics? I'm thinking of picking this up.Thanks!
I didn't get a wrist shot with Thierry Stern!! Met him, talked to him, took a picture with him, told him I loved the new direction with some of the more larger modern 42 mm sized Patek's. He checked out my 5905 and like a dumbass I forgot to ask for a wrist shot. But I did manage to get some great pics with some of the others that were in attendance:Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
