Maurice Lacroix PT6008-SS002-330 wrist watches news:

Hey KW,Wishing you a Happy Birthday! May the Lord bless you with good health and more watches!!!:D:D:D
I was thinking about trying to organize a get together for the midwest, seems like we haven't ever had one, and we are way past due! I know most of the members on the boards are from the west or east coast, but I think there's a good amount of members here from the midwest. So before I get carried away and too into the idea, I want to check intrest and see if it's really worth it. What do you midwest guys think? ya or na?
Hello Breitling Forum members...I typically lurk on the Rolex Forums but I need some help please regarding my recent acquisition of this vintage Breitling Chronomat reference 818. My internet research indicates it is from about 1971 and houses a Valjoux 7733 manual winding movement. The watch is keeping very good time and the Chrono functions seem to work quite well. I know it's called a Big Case (48mm) and for good reason. Can anyone advise me on anything else I should know about this very nice vintage Breitling Chronomat? I am not sure if I want to flip it for something else or get the crystal buffed or replaced and enjoy it...it's kind of big even by today's standards. Any value estimations would also be much appreciated. Thanks much...Frank
I am planning to get a watch for me and my wife.We are choosing between the Oyster Perpetual and the Datejusts, 36 for me 34 for her. This won't be my first rolex but it will be her first.Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.
