Maurice Lacroix PT6148-SS001-330 wrist watches news:
The new Apple Watch smartwatch is now a reality, but is it the wave of the future for the watch business? The September-October 2014 issue of WatchTime, on sale September 16, features editor-in-chief Joe Thompson’s exclusive interview with Swatch Group CEO Nick Hayek. Among the many topics discussed in the far-ranging interview is Hayek’s reluctance to get back into the now-burgeoning smartwatch market, despite the fact that the Swatch watch brand was one of the category’s pioneers 15 years ago. In this audio excerpt from the interview, Hayek elaborates on his reasons for proceeding cautiously on smartwatches. Do you agree with Hayek’s assessment? From time to time, the big boys can turn us on to something great – today the WSJ did just that. Journalist Jesse Pesta has put together a great story (and video!) about the HMT Watch Factory, located in between Nepal and Tibet, where mechanical watches have been produced for more than five decades.Have a read and watch right here.
Since the purchase of my new DSSD, I feel the love for my Omega dipping slightly. However, that is not the case, and I'm wearing her today !free image hostStill look good after I walked out of the AD with her brand new, 9 years ago. Although, she's probably due for a service, she's still running +5 a day so I'm perfectly happy with that.

Hi thereWas wondering what is the best way to go right now. With the caliber 3285 now available on the new GMT Pepsi and Root beer, would you buy a current model GMT LN or Batman equipped with 3186 or wait perhaps until the next Baselworld? Does it take usually a year until Rolex roll out new movements?I guess the same applies with the Submariner which is still due to get the 3235 movement...ThanksPS: The GMT TT Root beer is great IMHO
