Gentlemen, I have finally given up any resistence from buying an Omega Seamaster pro. I've been eyeing this watch since Golden eye . So after weeks of contemplating between new or pre-owned, I have now come to the decision to buy a new one (mainly for warranty and peace of mind) Now another dilemna - quartz or auto? I intend this to be my regular watch, and does not intend to buy for investment or collection. Over the Black Friday weekend I tested my resolve by going to the local Casio shop. "What's new in Casioland?" He went to the back room and brought three boxes out. Red Mudman and Red Rangeman. The last box was quite large and while opening it he said this one would be the surprise. I was thinking an MTG series but it was the GPW1000-1AThis is a huge watch on my wrist but in spite of that, I wasn't going to let it go. ;) He put it aside and it was picked up a handful of days back. A simple watch and I like having the GPS sync. When we flapped to Hawaii on a past trip the Rangeman didn't get signal for the week. Well my ESQ Movado Criterion Black Bezel Chronograph arrived today. I must say I'm quite impressed with the quality and functionality of the watch. Now all I have to do tomorrow is get it sized.
