- I love it! Both the fact that it's a watch and a beautiful piece of jewelry. Looks more expensive than it really is. It's such a beautiful shade of blue.

Movado 3600296 wrist watches news:
Yes, I wrote about this watch before on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer. The Omega Limited Edition Olympics watch for Vancouver in 2010 is just an awesome timepiece and AskMenwatches-dealer was right to want it featured. The Canada flag colors of this watch and the cute little Olympic logo as the second hand's counter weight just make be very happy. Other than the engraved caseback, the watch is the same as the universally popular Omega Seamaster Professional 300m dive watch. Read the review on AskMenwatches-dealer here. .....Got a group of 12 watches for 20 bucks ....in it was a nice auto Movado ( NOT a "museum" model) and this sweet Elgin from about 1926and this clean 17 jewel movement runs like a champ..and when I turned it to the side ....lo and behold ....there were 2 colors of metal !and on the front of the bezel, top and bottom .....a bit of green enamel still clings to the metal.....and I apologize for the terrible photos......did them in a hurry this afternoon, and had the camera pushed to 6400.....and perhaps another problem I have to check out ...but a long story ......
I have had a bias against Chinese watches and movements pretty much since I began collecting watches as a hobby. I hate the counterfeiting industry, which is nearly entirely run from China. From everything I've seen and read China has no long standing history of watch making or what I'd consider respectable brands. The Chinese watches I've seen browsing the internet look cheap and cheesy and seem to use derivative, generic styles. I vowed never to buy a Chinese watch or a watch with a Chinese movement. I have been considering buying an Android for awhile now, and when I came across a Naval 2G Skeleton Automatic (AD539BK) for $106 I really wanted to pull the trigger.....until I did some research and found that it has a Chinese made Seagull movement in it. I've read generally good things about Seagull movements, but I still feel conflicted. Does anyone share my blanket bias? Are Seagull movements, or any other Chinese brand, worth breaking my vow for? I like that Android, and it's priced
Hey Gang,Currently I've been thinking about changing some things up in my collection, ok I'm always doing that but...I had received an offer from a super nice guy here on TRF for a trade which included me receiving a 15202. Although that specific trade did not come to fruition, it did put the 15202 on my brain radar So here's the question:I currently own a 15400 silver dial which I really love. If I had to think of one complaint it would be mayyyybe it's a tad big. It looks fine on me. I do like the size. It gives it a bit of a sporty look on an otherwise very dressed up watch. The 15400 seems to not get much love here on the forum, overshadowed by the 15300 and even more so by the 15202. I¡¯m fine with that, I¡¯m past buying watches only because they are ¡°popular¡±. So I thought I¡¯d get some thoughts about the 15202 when it gets down to the brass tacks. PRO¡¯s:-The 15202 may be considered the purist Royal Oak, retaining much of the DNA from the original Genta design. From an horological p
Hi everyone.Looking to add a vintage seamaster deville piece to my collection.Could anyone share some photos of wrist shots? Most of the vintage piece are sized around 34mm to 35mm. Do you find that too small? I typically wear 36 DJ and 40mm Daytona.I am afraid that it might look too small... but its so elegant!
