- It's beautiful, but a pain in the butt to switch the straps! they should have included a tool to fascilitate the change. I still haven't been able to find a tool enough to do so.

Jacob & Co. JC-22 wrist watches news:
hi all,my first thread!while checking online about the 50th anniv. speedmaster (on my wish list), i found this site with some beautiful images and interesting historical stories.also it looks like today, 12-14-07 is speedy's birthday, unless it always shows the current day on the site.either way, it is a good site to check out and sorry if this has already been posted.omegawatches/minisites/speedmaster_50th/
(still not sure was Roddick was wearing.....Originally I thought 'some Rolex on Oyster' but the color of the dial and thechrono buttons were confusing me) - For sure - NOT a Daytona...split center links ?? Naaah...must have been a reflection...Wimbledon Finals: Roger Federer def. Andy RoddickRoger Federer 5 7 7 3 16 Andy Roddick 7 6 6 6 14 At first I was confused and the 'split' center link was throwing me off,(I guess it was only a reflection of some sorts)but toward the end it was obvious - DJ II on Oyster.
Our beloved strap forum has been dead lately, so I wanted to share this new combination that really clicked with me.We just got in some new NATO colorations, and while being photographed, this combo really caught my eye. The red in the strap perfectly ties with the red seconds hand, and with the red, navy, and white dial, it combines for a nice "preppy" look.
While I know it would be difficult for many (as it sure is heck is for me) pick the top three watches you own and post pictures of them. When I state top three, I am not meaning price or value but the three you most like regardless of price. On the other hand, if it just happens to equate to price and value, that is fine also. For me, the first is easy. I always wanted a Rolex but would not foot the bill. My wife took care of that buy not being as stingy as I am and gave me this as a gift. The combination of being the Rolex I always wanted but would not buy and the gift from my loving wife, it is my solid number one!The second was much harder to choose. It being only a few weeks in the house may have influenced me some but I have wanted this watch since first seeing a picture of one almost a year ago. So coming in at number two is my latest EL.Now number three was the hardest decision for me to make. It got down to one from a group of Seiko and Citizen watches I own and this Seiko won
So while removing a link from the bracelet of my moonphase I had the misfortune of dropping one of those tiny screws which are about the size of a gnats azz once they hit the floor your never finding them so I call swatch parts to order a few new screws the person I spoke to was probably one of the worst customer service people I have ever had to deal with here is just part of a conversation that went on for over 20 minutesHi I need to order some screws for bracelet #STZ 005669 I'm sorry there is no such part noBut I'm looking right at the bracelet that's the noSir we do not have a part 5998I said 5669Oh yes we have thatI need the screws that go on each side of the bracelet and hold the pins inYou need a linkNo just the screws Hang on..... how many pins do you needNo just the screws no pinsYou don't want the pins?No just the screws And this went on and on it took almost 10 minutes for her just get my mailing address right
