- I bought this watch because I liked the color and the style. Sometimes I like to have a watch, but I don't want to wear it around my wrist. Very conveinent reading it right from the belt. I would highly recommend this watch to someone.

..........Spoons..:)2 more and I'm locking the cabinet...:)
Can you typically replace just the clasp on a stainless steel bracelet, and if so, would it usually need to be the "correct" clasp, or could you cannibalize a different bracelet and use its clasp?I ask because I have a Maurice Lacroix Miros Automatic Dive Watch that I am growing ever fonder of, but it has an unusual clasp mechanism and I'm not sure how well it will hold up over the years. I wouldn't think twice about it, but because of the way the bracelet attaches to the case I don't know if I could find a replacement if necessary. Here's a photo of the watch, I'll try to post some of the clasp later.
What does it sound and feel like when manual winding the crown in position 1, once you have unscrewed it from the locked position? Even from a complete stop, well before it has been overwound, I hear faint clicks with intermingled with this high-pitched buzzing noise. When I used to have a manual wind speedy pro, I could hear and feel a very regular yet smooth clicking sound, until it came to a full stop. However, on my PO it¡¯s a very faint clicking with this weird buzzing. Again, even on the first few winds from a full stop all the way up till I wind it like 50 times. Somehow I still ha ent heard that ¡°click¡± of the over-wind protective clutch. Any thoughts on why this is and what it is?? And what does your 8900 sound like??Thanks in advance!! I've recently purchased a Speedmaster Professional and I've got a question on the accuracy. It's gained 4 minutes in roughly 14 days? I know some machanicals gain or loose a certain amount but what is acceptable? Probably more to the point is it worth sending back to AD, would they adjust it or send back to Omega. How would this compare with a Rolex GMT or Sub?
I¡¯ve been badly wanting to get an Explorer back in the collection to go with my black Explorer 2 (42 mil) and white Milgauss, but kind of sick of flipping. The solution....a trip to Michigan for Christmas and a one year trade with my twin brother. He took my white Milgauss in temporary trade for his Explorer. He¡¯s thrilled because his only Rolex ever was the Explorer. He loves it, but was excited to try another. Then I get an Explorer without losing any money! Bonus....both watches are perfectly sized.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
