Bazzab made a good thread, here:http://www.watchtalkforums.info/foru...tml#post382782We have The Watches, We have The adverts, We have the boxes, we have Stock Bonds, Whats next?Well I bought it to-night. Pictures after it arrives.Tip #12 Look for the NEXT big thing
WWII Buff has passed the torch, well the watch, to me and I am the temporary custodian of The WTF Mascot! It arrived today!Lounging on my keyboardMy Sub that I wore today decided to lounge with the MascotI gave it a quick bath for a couple of closeupsSome of my watch case occupants woke up and wanted to meet The New Guy. Though they've never met a quartz before, I'm sure they'll get along fine. The obligatory wrist shot with WTF as a backdropMore pics to follow soon.....
I sent Costco an Email today as I am looking to buy a Chronomat B01 on their website for $5499. I know this would not have manufacturers warranty. but if this falls under Costco's Guaranteed satisfaction for as long as you own the product I will likey get it at Costco. I returned a 2 year old TV and they were good about it but have since changed their policy regarding electronics and PCs. But I don't think watches fall under that. If they email me back and say I am covered until i am no longer satisfied it's a no brainer to buy from them and save $3000 over my local AD who wants MSRP and does not have the dial I want. Costco went to battle with Rolex over selling Rolex in their warehouses and apparently Rolex won.
Hey guys!Been a Rolex fan and owner for many years but I'm feeling the itch to diversify alittle. Pam has always been on my radar but I'm pretty dumbfounded by all the different refernces etc so here's my question.I'm a pretty big flipper, I usually buy and sell constantly I don't really fall in love with any piece for too long and I'm constantly switching. I'm thinking of a PAM 086 (love the dial) but I'm scared of resale later since I'm so new to the brand. In your expirence if there any specific panerais that are constantly more desirable than others or is it really just whatever is hot at the moment? Thanks
