Last sunday at the antique market, a lady wanted to get her husband a vintage watch .....he's a big guy at 6'4" ...so it had to be a watch with some size to it .....that isn't a huge problem for me ....some of the 60s and 70s watches are good sized......but then she said.....it has to have numbers ! ......So I searched my 76 running watches ( 6 of them were pocket watches and out of the running so to speak ) .....and I searched and the we both searched .......and I found out something interesting ......and I think it is somewhat co=incidental, but not entirely .......the watches that had numbers on them were from the 30s and 40s.....the smallest ones I have ...beautiful shapes, barrels, and tanks and such .......and most of them had numbers......too small.....then I looked at the watches from the 50s .....and they had SOME numbers, sometimes there would be a 12,3,6,and a 9 or it would be 12,2,4,6,8,10......and in between those numbers were arrows or tics...or lines .......but they were

"Was it with Marie Brown?" "I'd rather not say who it was." "Was it with Betty Smith?" "I'd rather not say," says Joe. So the priest gives him absolution and Joe leaves. While leaving the church, Joe's friend asks if he received absolution. "Yes, and two very good leads!"

Well the watch bug has bitten me big time! I'm eyeballing one of these 2 TT Daytonas. Which do you guys like more bc I'm 50/50. I like the Panda a hair more but I have the 116500 white dial and the Panda is a little similar. Any thoughts and opinions appreciated..... BUT I LOVE blue.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
