When someone is getting himself into nice watches and wants to make the first real Swiss made watch purchase, the is a big chance that Tissot is one of those brands he or she will come across. Where to get repairs done on 1964 Mido Ocean Star Powerwind
Hi,I am new here, and inherited a 1964 Mido Ocean Star Powerwind watch from my 93 year old father.It needs a new crystal (cracked) and needs some cleaning/tuning, since it supposedly was adjusted too tight and the spring does not keep it going for more than an hour or so. Is anyone aware of a shop in either Western NY state or South Western Ontario that would do a good job, and could find or have the parts? I was just wondering if anyone has or has had any problems and or experinces with this brand, I just kinda stumbled across them, they have a few appealing models featuring automatic movements, they also have some models with the swiss rhonda quartz movements. Does anyone have any wrist shots of theirs?

Hey Guys,I am looking for yet another watch. Current watches in the collection: Oris Williams F1, Tag Heuer 2000 series, , and a Movado. This time I would like a moonphase watch with the following specifications. Any suggestions? Omega LED time computers
Any idea where I can get more info on TC series? I just bought two of them from a friend.Both look a little different One has the Omega logo on the crystal and one does not. I have a lot of omegas, but these are the geekiest I have seen so far.Did not get a chance to take pictures yet, will post soon.
