To be honest when I first checked out this Saxonia Dual Time watch I didn't give it much attention. It was nice, but didn't really look like the A. Lange & Sohne watches I was used to. I was frankly more interested in the Richard Lange Tourbillon Pour le Merite as well as the Zeitwerk Striking. It was only after returning to the watch later on did I realize that it was a really nicely done dual time watch. The movement is all Lange, but the dial feels a bit like something else. It is quite minimalist for the brand, and the dual time function is easy to adjust. So what is"Full Service" on a Watch??......Many people are getting ripp-off
So yesterday I was in the mall with my nephew, we stop at this jewlery to see some watches and some guy came with I believe was a Baume&Mercier and ask the guy working there "how much for full service in the watch" the salesman reply "is goin to cost around $200 and is goin to be ready like around 5pm" it was 10am!!!! full service on a watch is a process that takes several hours to complete. Has anyone else here had their movement serviced? Can you share with us what was included in the service? I found this in the Internet this is a list of all the things they done when they full service your watch* uncase movement, remove hands and dial.* disassemble movement down to the last screw.* clean all parts in ultrasonic and allow to dry (balance cleaned in One Dip or ultrasonic)* inspect all parts under 10x magnification for wear or damage.* reassemble movement. This watch was my grandmother's. she was orginally from australia. Inside it says "swiss made" "15 jewels" on the cover is scratched "580" and "9c" or "26". Looking for some more info on this watch.Thanks!

so the only thing that stops me before getting this watch is how can you clean it is you can't get it wet? i clean all my watches with soup and water.. who has this watch and would you recommended? and how do you clean it.
