- Easy, quick and painless transaction for an excellent watch. This is my second purchase of this watch. Now I have a watch that I really like for every day knock around wear and one for evening wear to the dressier functions.

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum, signed up because of the AP forum, wanted to know more about the brand and different models. I'm on the process of acquiring my first Audemars Piguet, a new stainless diver. I should have it mid-week, looking forward to getting it as this is the nicest watch I've owned. I have had a few watches in my past collection, including Breitling, Omega, Rolex, Tudor, Panerai and Tag Heuer. I'm down to 3 now, a Panerai 328, Baume & Mercier Riviera and now the AP Diver. Thanks!
If Rolex replaces the Red Sea Dweller with White this year what do you plan to do with your watch? If this happens my assumption is the 2017 SD43 could become collectible and valuable, compared to MSRP. 1. Wear it as usual, watches are meant to be worn. 2. Box it up, lock it up for the day it's a valuable collector's watch.I'm considering my options on this. I'd like to preserve it's current nearly perfect state, but would also miss wearing it. Watches shouldn't be purchased as an investment, but some models become valuable over time. Red SD's from the 60's/70's (not sure when they were produced off the top of my head) have proven this could happen to the Red SD43. Even if it's Red for several years. Note: This is not a debate on whether this will happen. I know no one knows. I know they've never run an anniversary model for 1 year. This horse has been beaten to death, revived, then beaten to death again in plenty of other threads. Thanks for your input!
Hey guys , here are a couple of shots of my new SD4K...It wears slightly smaller than my sub C... What do you guys think ? Does it look good ?It wears nice and feels comfortable! The way it looks , it resembles the last of the 5 digit reference ever so slightly beefed up and I kinda like that ... Anyways let me know your thoughts !Comments are welcomed either way just be Ooooooohhhhhhhh soooooooo niiiiiiiiiice about it ....
