Omega Omega 3768 wrist watches news:
Good Morning folks.I have been searching for information regarding this watch and cannot seem to find them for sale anywhere.I know they were slated to be released late in 2010, but I have yet to see one.Does anyone have any updated information?
Rec'd this yesterday, watch was described as having a spotty dial and bracelet in poor condition. All I did was clean off the dirt and polish the crystal. The mvt looks like new, the dial and hands are excellent, bracelet nearly new!
I thought I would demonstrate how I go about changing my 2254's bracelet with the Bergeon 6825 pliers. It is quite easy once you do it a couple of times. I have found the way I am going to show you works best for me, although you may feel comfortable doing it another way.Attaching the bracelet1) First, I put the spring bar in the bracelet.......2) Then lay the bracelet on the lugs.3) Now I place the forks from the Bergeon pliers onto the spring bars while holding the bracelet in position.4) Next I squeeze the pliers and gently press down while still holding the bracelet with my other hand....and voila!Removing the bracelet (twice as easy )1) I grip the bracelet where it meets the lugs so it is easy to remove when the spring bars have been retracted from the lugs.2) Position the pliers....3) and while squeezing the pliers, gently pull the bracelet by applying pressure away from the lugs. And that's all there is to it. I hope this was helpful.~JB
Hey guys,I've been trying to find a watch like the one in this image for a while, now. This one was featured in the movie 1408 and it looks like it was specifically made for the movie. It's a Kahuna watch, but looking on their website, there's nothing similar enough and I e-mailed them about it never to get a reply. It's more of the look I'm after, than anything.- All-round thick, dark leather cuff strap. Preferably plain, without any studs etc. (Some straps look similar, but taper off into thinner straps)- Black analogue display with silver/metallic casing. Again, as plain and simple as possible. The picture I posted is a pretty good indicator of what I'm looking for. It's not necessarily fancy. In fact the plainer it is, the better. It is possible to buy from a movie prop site, but it's only available as part of the character's full attire, and costs $1,500 or so, which is a bit much for me.I've looked all over eBay and various other sites, but to no avail.I'd be grateful if anyone coul
