- Its a great watch for the price. The only thing I would say the really tiny dots they call diamonds all around the dial should be replaced with ger diamonds (bumping up the price) or maybe not have the diamonds at all.

Panerai PAM 187G wrist watches news:
Getting a crummy raise soon. at first I was thinking I'd have enough money to buy a Monster, but that will have to wait a bit.Instead I got this Quartz Orient for less than US$100. Overall it's in good condition but will need a new crystal. It has a 44mm dial and is the only gold toned watch I own as well as the only quartz. It's also the largest watch I have.I have no idea how to set the small hour at 7 o'clock, as it seems to be ganged with the larger hour hand. Might keep it for a while if I figure out how to set the small hour hands. Any ideas how to do so would be very welcome - then again it might not really be a functional gmt/worldtimer and just be designed to look impressive.
I decided to play around with the camera this afternoon since my wife was busy baking. I didn't spend a lot of time on it so the watch has some smudges and the focus isn't perfect on some of the shots. I was just having some fun without any tripods or special lighting (unless you count the heat lamps from our kitchen range hood). Since everyone likes pictures I thought I would post them and I threw in a little something to wet the appetite as well.Hammy feelin the heatPartially finished cake...the wife's artwork

I've been wanting to get a new watch for a while now. Started looking at the Breitling Navitimer after seeing a co-workers. When I stopped into the Breitling dealer, I fell for this one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
A few months ago, I wore a white gold daytona on croc as a daily and was scratching my head as to which Patek i would want to wear. Tried all sorts: 5205, 5146 and settled on a precious metal 5712. The thin case, general refinement and comfort did it for me. I even considered a 5960p but the watch was too top heavy. So it arrived yesterday and one of my colleague at work took some pics this morning.2 firsts? My first Patek and my first rose gold watch.
