Seiko SARD007 & SARW011 Rec'd, Worn, & Compared...
SARD 007...SARW 011...Both are keeping within plus or minus 5 seconds a day for the short time I've owned them...both sport roughly 40mm SS cases, white enamel dials, black alligator straps & 6r2x movements beating at 28,800 bph...Both are fine for the casual business work place...differences between the 2 are minor...the SARD 007 has 3 complications, 2 of which are retrograde day of the week and days of the month functions...the shorter Arabic numerals mean that the dial does not appear cramped...the crown has almost an onion appearance and the hands are black, and the movement is a 6r24...The SARW 011 has 2 complications and the white enamel dial serves as a back ground for blued hands, Roman numerals...the signed crown is straight, the black strap has blue accents & the movement is a 6r27...

Walked out the AD with this strapped on. First speedy and so excited to finally add this to the collection. It's been said before and I could not agree more - every collection needs a Moonwatch. When I knew it was time to add this, went back and forth on the hesalite vs saphire debate. In the end, the charm of that domed plastic was irresistible.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
